The primary view for executive leadership, focusing on financial health and growth. - Revenue Velocity: A 12-month trend line showing billed vs. target revenue. - Contract Pipeline: Real-time value of active leads and proposals from the CRM. - Workforce Health: Total headcount, turnover rates, and compliance percentage across the entire fleet.
The Operations Excellence Dashboard¶
Focuses on service delivery quality and efficiency. - Deployment Accuracy: Percentage of shifts filled vs. scheduled. - Incident Intensity: Heatmap of incidents across different client sites. - Response Times: Average time to resolve technical job cards or respond to panic alerts.

Data Freshness
Most executive metrics are cached and updated every 4 hours to ensure high performance. For real-time operational status, refer to the Monitoring module.
Role-Based Access¶
Access is governed by the ExecutiveAccess permission. Users in this role can view data across all business units, regardless of their primary assignment.
