BlackShark ERP User Guides
Use these guides to complete day-to-day work in BlackShark ERP. Each guide follows the actions, statuses, and departmental hand-offs available in the current system.
Start Here#
- Open Getting Started for sign-in, navigation, notifications, and password guidance.
- Install the Mobile Application only when your work requires mobile access.
- Sign in to BlackShark ERP to see the operating guides assigned to your role.
- Use documentation search when you know the task but not the menu where it is located.
Guide Access#
Before sign-in, the guide directory contains public setup and mobile installation guidance. After sign-in, it displays the manuals for your assigned workspace. Super Admin and Executive accounts can review the complete operating library.
Use Open my portal to return to your authorised workspace. When signed out, use BlackShark website to return to the public landing page and sign in.
Finding a Process#
Use the navigation to select a guide, the contents panel to move between sections, and search to find a process, action, field, or status. The manuals describe current operating behaviour; dashboard cards are summaries, while registers contain the complete searchable records.
