Welcome to the Getting Started guide for Black Shark. This document will help you understand how to access the platform and begin your workflow.
System Access¶
Black Shark is a web-based platform that can be accessed from any modern web browser.
Browser Requirements¶
For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of: - Google Chrome - Mozilla Firefox - Microsoft Edge - Apple Safari
Logging In¶
- Navigate to the URL provided by your administrator.
- Enter your work email address and the password assigned to you.
- If you have been granted access to multiple business units (e.g., HR and Operations), you can switch between them using the panel selector.
Quick Start Summary¶
- Dashboard: View your high-level operational metrics and alerts.
- Navigation: Use the sidebar to access the modules relevant to your role (HR, Operations, Technical, etc.).
- Search: Use the global search (Ctrl + K) to quickly find guards, sites, or job cards.
- Help: Refer to the module-specific guides in this wiki for detailed instructions on specific tasks.
